The two properties are adjacent and, taken together, would be ideal for larger groups of up to sixteen people, golfing parties or wedding guests, for example.
Two purpose-built self-catering homes each offering three twin/double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, the third with its own adjoining bathroom. There are also two single bedrooms with adjoining bathroom. The large sitting room has French windows opening onto an enclosed rear patio and garden. A separate room can be used for family dining or as a study/games/computer room. It can also be used as a "trolley store" for golfing parties - please ask when booking. The kitchens are well-equipped including a dishwasher and are large enough for everyone to eat in. A separate utility room contains the washing machine and freezer. TV in all bedrooms. Wireless broadband is provided at no additional cost (bring your own wireless-enabled computer though!). There's full central heating, hot water, wood flooring and off-road parking.
