Business visitors
If you’re coming to the Coningsby or Woodhall Spa area on a short term contract (at Coningsby airbase for example) or for other business reasons, our three self-catering properties provide the ideal solution for your accommodation needs.
The individual properties can cater for parties of six or eight while rented together they can accommodate up to twenty two people on virtually the same central village site.
We’re close to the centre of Woodhall Spa so we’re handy for all the business venues as well the shops, eateries and drinkeries – no need for taxis home!
You’ll find information about the village amenities here but if you’ve got this far you probably already know about them.
Brierley and Broughton each have a separate dining or computer/games room which can also be used to store any equipment you may bring with you without intruding on your enjoyment of the rest of the facilities.
All three properties have free wireless broadband so you can work round the clock if you have to as well as keeping up with the latest stockmarket prices or footie and cricket scores. You’ll need to bring your own wireless-enabled laptop though.
